I found the staff helpful and polite. They provided useful regional information and suggestions. The hotel location is very convenient. I could walk easily to the Louvre Museum and many other attractions. There were also numerous restaurants and Metro stations nearby.

I noticed the absence of air conditioning which was a bit of a struggle. It would be beneficial to have this, particularly during warmer months.

The check-in process was notably professional and cute upon my arrival. Staff stored luggage on my departure day, which I appreciated very much. The team was always helpful, offering bottled water and attending to any requests I had.
